Returns

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from The Spa Collection. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure you get the most out of your shopping experience.

Return Conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including all original labels and packaging.
• Returns must include a valid return form, which you can obtain by contacting our customer service at info@thespacollection.com.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipment unless it is an error on the part of The Spa Collection.

Refunds:

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned goods.
• Any shipping costs paid with the original purchase will not be refunded.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If the received product is defective or damaged during transport, please contact our customer service at info@thespacollection.com immediately to resolve the situation.
