You can easily, quickly, and securely place orders on our webshop. After registering as a new customer, you can log into your personal account and add the desired products to your shopping cart. Once you have added all the items you want to your shopping cart, you can select the billing and delivery address for the order. Finally, you can choose from one of the four payment methods to pay for your order and complete the transaction. As confirmation of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email almost immediately, outlining the products you have purchased.

Payment offers two well-known and trusted payment methods: iDEAL and bank transfer. Payment can be made immediately after placing your order.

Paying with iDEAL is a safe, simple, and fast way to pay online without any extra costs. Anyone using internet banking with Dutch banks ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, Regio Bank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, or Van Lanschot Bankiers can pay directly with iDEAL. After payment with iDEAL, you will receive an order confirmation via email immediately.

Bank Transfer
With a bank transfer, you transfer the money to our bank account yourself. If you choose to pay via bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email will contain your account number, the order amount, and payment reference. Once we have received the money in our bank account, which typically takes 1 to 3 days, we will process your order. After payment via bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation via email immediately. You can transfer the order amount via bank transfer to NL05INGB0006275733, payable to Dudok Cosmetics BV, mentioning your order number. BIC: INGBNL2A

Orders from THE SPA COLLECTION will be delivered to the delivery address you provided within 1 to 3 working days after payment. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you via email and process the order in consultation with you.

Delivery is handled by PostNL. After shipping, you will receive a track and trace number, allowing you to track your order online. If you are not at home during delivery, the package will be attempted to be delivered again at a later time. You will also receive a delivery code, allowing you to change the desired delivery day and delivery address via the PostNL website. If you are still not at home, you can pick up the package at the nearest PostNL collection point. In Belgium, the package will be attempted to be delivered three times; however, there are no collection points available.

Shipping Costs
The shipping cost for deliveries within the Netherlands is 5.95 euros, regardless of the package's weight and for orders below 50 euros. For all orders within the Netherlands with a total order amount of 50 euros or more, THE SPA COLLECTION does not charge shipping fees. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will only be reimbursed if the order was processed incorrectly by THE SPA COLLECTION. Shipments to Belgium, Germany, France, and Luxembourg are free for orders totaling 85 euros or more. For Belgium and Luxembourg, we charge 6.95 euros for shipping, and for Germany, France, and the United Kingdom, the shipping cost is 7.95 euros.
