I came across the Spa Collection products whilst staying at the Amrath Hotel in Amsterdam. The green tea range has a wonderful light scent and I found the bodywash and lotion left my skin silky and hydrated into the following day. The company were absolute stars and sent my order to me at the hotel very quickly, so that I could take some home with me. I hope the company ships to the UK in future!

I originally tried your product while staying at the Amrath Grand Hotel and immediately fell in love with it. The green tea scent is heaven!! I can’t wait to try the other ones as well!
My original shipment was delayed due to an error made by courier company & your staff ensured I received the replacement before I travelled back home. You now have a customer for life due to excellent service!
The only complaint I have is that you do not ship overseas. However, I travel to The Netherlands quite a bit and looking forward to ordering the gift sets for Christmas presents.

No, unfortunately, we do not have a physical store (yet), but you can pick up your order by appointment in Alkmaar. Please indicate this during the payment process and specify the day and time, and we will prepare your order in advance. Pick-up is possible on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm.
Currently, we only serve customers from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Portugal, Spain and Luxembourg. However, we are actively working on expanding to other countries so that more people can enjoy our products.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Amsterdam time will be shipped the same day. Delivery times can vary based on the country of delivery. Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping times might be extended.
Regardless of the reason, you can return your order within the legal cooling-off period of 14 days for distance purchases. Please contact our customer service first for this process. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including all original labels and packaging.
