Can I buy the products in a physical store?

No, unfortunately, we do not have a physical store (yet), but you can pick up your order by appointment in Alkmaar. Please indicate this during the payment process and specify the day and time, and we will prepare your order in advance. Pick-up is possible on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm.

In which countries do you deliver the products?

Currently, we only serve customers from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Portugal, Spain and Luxembourg. However, we are actively working on expanding to other countries so that more people can enjoy our products.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Amsterdam time will be shipped the same day. Delivery times can vary based on the country of delivery. Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping times might be extended.

What is your return policy?

Yes, regardless of the reason, you can return your order within the legal cooling-off period of 14 days for distance purchases. Please contact our customer service first for this process. Please note that all our cosmetic products are sealed. If either of the two seals is broken, we cannot accept the product back for hygienic reasons.
